Pre-PAC - 4204 Rosemary Street

The Town of Chevy Chase has received an application for a Pre-Permit Application Consultation for the demolition of the existing house and construction of a new house and garage at 4204 Rosemary Street.   On Monday, September 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., via Zoom, the Town will host a meeting between the owner of the subject property and residents of the Town for the purpose of exchanging information, receiving feedback, and making and considering non-binding recommendations about the project.
