Implications of County Housing Strategies: 
Share Your Thoughts on Multifamily Housing in the Town


Recent County efforts to promote attainable housing could soon bring multifamily housing to the Town. Because this is a significant proposal that may have major impacts on single-family neighborhoods, we encourage residents to share their thoughts with the entire County Council and, particularly, with Council President and District 1 Councilmember Andrew Friedson.

RainScapes Rewards Application Portal
Will Reopen on September 16, 2024


Due to high demand and the number of current applications to process, the County's RainScapes program will not accept new applications until September 16, 2024. During this pause, the County will continue to process applications already received. The Town will announce the reopening via Town Crier. 

Free COVID Test Kits


The Town has free COVID test kits in the Town office. The kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Town Neighbors Listserv


Residents are encouraged to connect with fellow residents through the private Town Neighbors listserv.

Chevy Chase at Home (CC@H)


CC@H is a member organization providing social and educational programs to neighbors of all ages and support services to older adults. You can learn more at www.chevychaseathome.org.
