Community Meetings on Recommendations to Raise Development Cap in Downtown Bethesda The Montgomery County Planning Department has announced two public meetings on its preliminary recommendations to raise the development cap in downtown Bethesda as part of a minor master plan amendment to the 2017 Bethesda Downtown Plan, which addresses the vision of Bethesda for the next 20 years.
Planning Department staff will discuss the preliminary recommendations and answer questions at these locations: -- Wednesday, September 11, at 7 p.m. in the large meeting room at the Connie Morella Library (7400 Arlington Road, Bethesda, MD) -- Tuesday, September 17, at 7 p.m. (Virtual). RSVPs are required to receive a meeting link. -- Saturday, September 21, at 11 a.m. at Chevy Chase Town Hall (4301 Willow Lane, Chevy Chase, MD)
