 Blasting at Bethesda/Elm Street Work Zone

Due to rock conditions, blasting will be implemented at the Bethesda Shaft location Monday through Friday, beginning November 20 and continuing through January 2019, between the hours of 5 a.m. and 8 p.m.  Blasting is not planned on weekends or holidays.  Prior to each blast, a siren will be used as a safety precaution for workers within the work zone.  Additionally, weekly notification prior to blasting activity will be provided.
