Todd Hoffman, our Town Manager for the past 17 years, has announced to the Town Council that he plans to retire. We on the Town Council accept Todd’s decision with genuine regret. He’s served our community with outstanding commitment and quality of service. With dispatch, efficiency and care, Todd handles a multitude of matters that keep our Town running well. We who have had the pleasure of working with him will miss his judgement, depth of experience and knowledge, and his thoughtful and considerate conduct.
We are immediately beginning a careful search for a successor. Todd will remain for many months while we work together to arrange a smooth transition to a new Town Manager. We want to ensure that Town services are well maintained during this transition. In our search, we will be guided by the goal of having our Town be as well served looking years ahead, as it has been these past 17 years.
