The Bethesda Sector Plan, available for review here, has been developed by the Montgomery County Planning Department and is being reviewed and discussed at Planning Board work sessions. We are working for lower heights, less density and better use of the parking lots. We also are leveraging the Bethesda Commons Plan, which is available here and in the Town Office, and incorporating possible Elm Street Park improvements while maintaining the character of the park, green space and trees.
