The Community Relations Committee is planning a Veterans Town Hall event for November 2017.
This event will be based on the Veterans Town Hall project that Sebastian Junger has been organizing, and Representative Seth Moulton (D-Mass) who served as a Marine lieutenant in Iraq, has espoused in Congress.
Here is an excerpt from the Veterans Town Hall event website:
"The idea behind a Veterans Town Hall is to give vets of all wars a chance to address their community directly and without intermediaries. As a veteran speaking at a town hall event, you will be addressing a crowd that includes everything from close friends and family to complete strangers. But these are the people you risked your life for; these are the people you went to war for. This is simply a chance for veterans to tell the community what it felt like to go to war."

If you are a veteran, please send your name and contact information to Community Relations Committee Chair Wicca Davidson at wicca@wiccadavidson.com
The Community Relations Committee needs to know how many veterans are living in the Town, and if there is interest among our veterans in taking part. We hope to have veterans from all wars and branches of service involved.
Thank you all. We look forward to hearing from you.
