Utility Work Update
Next week, the Town will make concrete repairs in the 4300 block of Rosemary Street and in the 4200 block of Thornapple Street. WSSC should complete the new house connections on Leland Street.

Town Teens List Update
The Town is completely refreshing it's Town Teens list! The Town Teens list is a great resource connecting Town teens seeking jobs and Town residents seeking individuals to provide a variety of services. Any Town teen that would like to be included on the new list should fill out a sign-up form and return it to the Town Office, or email the completed form to townoffice@townofchevychase.org. The sign-up sheet can be found on the Town website (www.townofchevychase.org).
Town Bake Off!
Sunday, April 15, 3-4:30 p.m., Town Hall
Attention bakers and eaters! Join us at the Sixth Annual Town of Chevy Chase Bake-Off! This bake-off will be for PIES -- sweet and savory. Judges will be Angela Winter, owner of The Sweet Teensy Bakery (www.sweetteensy.com) and Teresa Mollegas, owner of Pie Sisters (www.piesisters.com).
Bakers should bring 9” pies -- tasting size will be determined by the number of RSVPs received. (There will be prizes for the best pies!) Eaters should be ready to sample the delicious entries and vote for the People’s Choice Award. Whether you will be a baker or an eater, you will need to RSVP to the Town Office at 301-654-7144 or townoffice@townofchevychase.org.
Magic Show with Michael Chamberlin
Friday, May 4, 6 p.m., Town Hall
Join us for a special family event featuring magician Michael Chamberlin. Using music & comedy, this master magician performs dazzling magic with hilarious audience participation routines. The show is fast-paced, original and spellbinding sorcery for the entire family. Please arrive at 6 p.m. to enjoy pizza and snacks before the show starts at 6:30 p.m. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Town Gardens Wanted for June 3 Tour
Calling all Town residents to share your woodland, wildflower and sunny perennial gardens, your creative outdoor living spaces, your bountiful vegetable beds and fruit trees and your formal plantings of trees and shrubs for the Sunday, June 3 tour from 1 to 4 p.m.
