The glass recycling concerns, and recycling trends in general, are very important to our community. Town Councilmembers have been following the conversation on Town Neighbors and have seen the many e-mails on this topic sent to the Town Office. The Climate and Environment Committee has a team working on the matter, and our Town Manager is also engaged in looking into alternatives. The Town Council will be discussing this topic at our meeting next week. Effectively addressing this issue is not easy, but we hope to have some practical options in place soon for residents to manage glass disposal. We appreciate your patience and suggestions as we work through this challenge.
