A Message from The Compost Crew
As part of Compost Crew’s ongoing investment in customer service, we have introduced a new customer portal to let you manage your Compost Crew account. You will receive a separate email with instructions to log in to your account.
On the portal, you can suspend your service when you’re away or upgrade to a larger bin. You can also opt to receive email alerts, reminding you to put your bin out the day before and notifying you when the food scraps are collected. If your bin isn’t out when we reach your stop, you’ll automatically be notified.
The Town of Chevy Chase provides compost collection as a free service to Town residents. Residents who receive this service do not need to add payment information in the customer portal.
