Tolbert Feather, PhD is the Town’s arborist who has been studying these charming, noisy insects and will share his knowledge with us, followed by a Question & Answer period.  There is still time to prepare for what should be a remarkable, spectacular month of Cicada activity.  Learn what to do and what you don’t need to do.  Mid-May is when the cicadas of brood X will emerge from their 17-year dormant hibernation.
