The public hearing on an ordinance to amend the Town’s public ethics law, originally scheduled for November 11, will be postponed until the State Ethics Commission completes its review of the proposed ordinance. The Commission is scheduled to discuss and comment on the proposed ordinance at its December 17 meeting. Once the Town receives the Commission’s comments, we will post them on the Town website for public review. We also will advertise the date of the new public hearing on the Town website and via Town Crier.
