The Montgomery County Planning staff recently released its draft of the Bethesda Purple Line Station Minor Master Plan Amendment, which proposes modifications to the current zoning of the Apex building located at the southwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Elm Street.
The Town’s Long Range Planning (LRP) Committee has invited representatives from the Planning staff to attend the next LRP meeting to discuss the draft and the options related to the realigned Capital Crescent surface trail and tunnel.
