On July 18 at 7:30 p.m., the Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing on Zoning Text Amendment 17-03 regarding short term residential rentals. A short term residential rental is the rental of all or part of a dwelling unit for periods of less than 30 consecutive days. More information is available below:
